When a Scout in the Archdiocese of Seattle completes the requirements for a particular Religious Emblem, his signed form, plus a check, must be mailed to:

To determine the correct payment for each emblem, check the Religious Emblems form posted here. This is NOT an order form for the general public. It posted for information purposes only. Individuals must order emblems from their respective diocesan offices.
